In our home, chai was never just a drink. It was a ritual.

Every morning, my parents would start their day side by side, sharing a quiet cup of chai as the sun came up. In the evening, they would do the same and let the stress of the day fade away. Chai was how we connected. It was comfort and calm in a cup.

I learned to make it the way they did: the double-boil method, half water and half milk, slowly simmered until it became rich and creamy. As I grew older, I began experimenting with spices to create something more aromatic and gently sweet without the harsh heat of typical masala chai. After many tries, I found the perfect balance.

When we started serving this blend at Suhba Coffee inside the Qalam campus, people kept asking if they could take it home. That was the moment everything changed.
